How many guests can Station 97 hold?
Our space can comfortably hold under 100 guests. This is the ideal venue for micro to medium sized weddings and events. There is plenty of parking on site for all guests and vendors.
We know that you don't offer catering, what do we do?
Although we are not like a traditional wedding venue that includes all of your food and beverages, we can offer you some great suggestions. We have worked with so many vendors during our time in the wedding and events industry that we have complied a preferred vendors list for you! This list is full of all vendors that we would highly recommend and can ensure that they will add something special to your day.
Can we use vendors that are not on your preferred vendors list?
Although we feel you will be very happy with any of the vendors we have partnered with, you can make your arrangements with any vendors of your choice. We do require a copy of insurance from all vendors prior to the event.
How long do I have the venue?
For weddings you are allotted 6 hours prior to the start of the wedding to arrange for vendors to set up and use of the wedding suite. For other special events, there is one hour for set up. We allow events to start at any time but all events must conclude by 11 pm. At the end of the contract rental time, one hour is provided for clean up and breakdown, by which all vendors and guest must be departed.
